Depends: It is difficult to grade the embryos accurately  on day 2  since it is so early and the embryos will undergo further changes before implantation.  Of the 3 embryos one of them  (4 cell) seems perfect. Statistically the chances of pregnancy at age 41 with ivf 15% - 20 % . Goody luck.

Good: if the embryos are healthy than i would say that you have better than 50% foe a singleton and better than 30% for multiple pregnancy.

Less than 50%: Here in the U.S. we perform either day 3 embryo transfers (ETs) or day 5 embryo transfers.  Probably 90+% of the ETs here are day 5.  So you having a day 2 ET is a little odd.  I would say that the 6 cell embryo gives you a much better chance to conceive than the 2 cell.  Also, you're at a very good age for IVF.  Still, with these 2 embryos I would estimate your chance at around 40% to conceive.

It depends on stage: If the HPV abnormal cells are stage CIN III (highest pre-cancer stage ) then LEEP does not always remove the cells in the inner part of the cervix. Often another procedure type is recommended in that case. LEEP can damage the inner cervix when healed which can cause higher rates of miscarriage or pregnancy loss with future pregnancies. Cryotherapy or LEEP are usually recommended for CIN II or less

treatments for degenerative disc disease depend on the symptoms and signs.  All tissues in the body degenerate with time, and do not necessarily need any treatment.

Pretty good: First, if a LEEP is considered for cervical dysplasia, it is GRADE 3 not STAGE 3. Staging is for invasive cancer, so don't confuse them because that is much scarier. If a LEEP gets around the entire abnormal area, it will essentially cure it. If there is more going up the endocervix, it may not. It may still come back and every situation is different, but if margins negative high chance of cure.

Depends: Scleral buckle surgery is probably about 90% successful.

Scleral buckle surgery with gas (when combined with vitrectomy) may be successful 95% of the time, however, the indications for each vary from case to case and surgeon to surgeon.

Also, "success" usually means that the retina is reattached, but that does not mean all vision has returned.

Embryo transfer: Number of embryos transferred depends on several factors. Age is the best determinant, but other factors such as embryo quality, prior success or failure play a role. Talk with your doctor and be open about your concerns. They may have a reason why single embryo may be best for you. Good luck.

Generally good.: In full disclosure, i'm a family doctor - not a nephrologist. But the best opportunity for normal kidney function is a functioning kidney - by way of a living donor or cadaver transplant. There is information about daily nocturnal home hemodialysis being roughly equivalent to cadaver transplant. But your chances of living as normally as possible go way up with a transplant! good luck.
