Tablet?: I would recommend that you see a dentist for relief rather than than using a pain killing tablet. It will work better and last longer. Having said that, if necessary, take an OTC tablet that you would normally take for a headache. Then get an appointment with a dentist for diagnosis and treatment.

So little info: Last dental exam? Any sinus conditions or colds? How long do you have pain? Without these answers it is hard to determine what ailment you might have. So on the safe side be concerned and have yourself examined by a dentist and physician.

started 20mg steroids as ace levels of 95. this is due to sarcoid. since being on steroids i have a daily migraine, nasal pain, teeth n gum pain. why?

Sinus?: Hard to say ithout examination, but there is definitely an association with sarcoidosis and sinus inflammation which may explain many of your symptoms although I would expect steroids to alleviate them. I recommend follow-up with your doctor to see if you have any sinonasal manifestations of sarcoidosis.

Absolutely: Sedation is a great way to have wisdom teeth removed. You essentially fall asleep with IV sedation and you wake up and everything is done! you will not remember anything during the extractions.

See\Discuss with DDS: Tooth pain can be caused by many things. At your age i would guess that the most likely cause would be dental caries (cavities).  At your age, you should not have any serious gum problems. See your dentist for a complete and thorough examination to see what is wrong.  At that point you can discuss both treatment and preventing problems for the future.
