Danger: No. Please do not take HGH on your own.  It is very unlikely to change your genetics and is only used in extreme and specific instances.  DANGER is the best I can tell you with red blinking lights.  Please do not do this on a whim or hope to extend growth when you are otherwise normally healthy.

Myth: If you are a kid with open growth centers in the long bones, you can grow taller.No dietary change, exercise or medication will make you grow taller than your genetic potential.An xray of your wrist and hand will identify growth potential. After puberty, if the growth centers have sealed, you are done growing taller.

Yes.: If you truly have low growth as proxy measured by a baseline igf-1, and followed up with a growth hormone stulation with one of several agents and have gh measured at baseline and thereafter, and you secrete little, than depending in insurance and age, you might be able to get it. Drugs will be avaialble to be orally taken (peptides) but they will be completing phase 2 studies. Bone age important.

Faulty assumption: Growth hormone usually surges in the midst of sleep, not after or because you exercise. Its production is complex &amp; determined by an interplay of genetic and other hormonal elements but your assumption that exercise increases it is a myth. Your final height is expected to reach 1/2 your combined parental height + 2.5 inches. At 17 you are likely near your final height.

Growing taller: It is hard to grow taller after age 25. That said, your larger features and deeper voice in a 44 year old wonderful woman does need some care. Please start again with a visit to your primary doctor. You may be advised to see a specialist.

Growth very unlikely: A 20 yr old is not growing taller if her growth plates have fused. If not fused, she will grow a tiny bit (pediatrician's growth chart for her can tell if growth has stopped). To look taller, one can choose properly designed clothing and shoes, and have good posture. Vitamins, supplements, special foods, extra exercise, etc... will not make a person taller if she already closed her growth plates.

Well: generally  cannot grow taller at  age  35  since  bone  growth plates are  already  closed.The person would  get  Arcomegaly  type features  growth of  feet  and  parts of  face  can occur
