Exercise: In general the rate drops at least 10per cent in the first minute post exercise, depending on conditioning level a variable time after to return to baseline. The better the conditioning the more rapid return to baseline. By 10 minutes resting most people should be back to baseline unless perhaps ran a marathon, etc.

Absolutely: Anemia can cause rapid heart rate, low blood pressure, fatigue, dizzyness, if you are being treated for colon cancer i recommend you discuss these symptoms with your treating physician.  Often you will live longer after cancer treatment, the reason we treat cancer is both to extend life and improve quality of life compared to no treatment.

Hr after exercise: It depends how much you are in shape. Is it the first day of exercise after being not so active for a long time .and also what is your bSeline HR before the exercise . Usually no it does not take that long for hr to return to normal -10-15 min of resting should make you very comfortable ,  drinking  fluids also help . You : You will want to see someone in internal medicine or infectious diseases for a more complete evaluation and discussion about shingles.  Unfortunately, it can have a prolonged course.  The herpes zoster virus lives in the nerve cell bodies and can re-emerge at any time, usually years after the initial infection and in response to some form of stress.  The symptoms include nerve pain and a rash in the area of the nerve.  The rash does not cross midline since it strictly follows the nerve distribution.  The pattern of rash is called "dermatomal" in reference to the area of skin supplied by the segment of the spinal cord that contains the nerve.

Singles has been known to last for months to over a year.  Anti-virals can be helpful and you should discuss the pros and cons with your physician.

In contrast, a disk problem can produce back pain, usually somewhat centralized, buttock pain, and numbness, pain, and tingling along the nerve pathway.  The most typical pattern is called sciatica and involves symptoms down the back of thigh to the bottom of the foot.  It is worse with sitting.  There would not be an associated rash.  The symptoms follow the course of the peripheral nerve involved, rather than the dermatomal (spinal nerve) distribution of shingles.  There can be weakness and bowel or bladder issues, in which case you need to get treatment quickly.

Depends: Recovery depends on the size extent, location, type of heart attack and the treatments given at the time.  Most people need 1 month of some type of rest and recovery then cardiac rehab for several weeks to months.

No harm: It isn't harmful to your heart but why are you taking vicodin? It's a narcotic and can be addictive. If you're able to exercise, what kind of pain are you having that requires vicodin?

Formula: The target exercise heart rate is calculated by a formula which is 220 minus age and then use 85% of that number as the target exercise heart rate. However some exercise experts only recommend 60% of that number(220minus age) for teenagers. I prefer to use common sense and ask what are your goals-weight loss, elite conditioning, training for special events,etc.
