Is it bad for my heart to take vicodin and exercise at the same time?

No harm: It isn't harmful to your heart but why are you taking vicodin? It's a narcotic and can be addictive. If you're able to exercise, what kind of pain are you having that requires vicodin?

No.: Heart will be fine. However, it is never a good idea to drive or exercise under the influence. If you feel drugged and impaired get off the machine before you hurt yourself.
