Unregulated: This otc diet substance is not controlled by the fda.  Outwardly there does not seem to be any contraindication to taking Phenergan (promethazine) with this, but check with your pharmacist to see if there is anything on his computer that suggests negative interactions.

Yes you can: Phenergan (promethazine) and penicillin are totally different classes of medication. One is a first generation antihistamine, while the other (penicillin) is an antibiotics. You should take Phenergan (promethazine) safely if you have penicillin allergy.

Probably: Compazine causes some people to have weird, extrapyramidal reactions (not an allergy).  I think it's a bad drug.  Phenergan (promethazine) is much better tolerated by most people.

Don't mix 2 sedative: The biggest side effect of phenergan (promethazine) is sedation (sleepiness), which will add to the effects of alcohol. I do NOT recommend taking phenergan (promethazine) until you are completely sober after drinking alcohol.

Yes, but....: If you do take Phenergan (promethazine) while on Fluoxetine, it is possible that you can experience excess sedation.  You did not list any other medications that you are currently taking.  Depending on what else you are on, these interactions can potentially be magnified. just had upper endoscopy & having nausea and diarrhea. can i take phenergan (promethazine) and imodium at same time. dx was infection in esophagus.

Interaction: You may notice some sedation effect with that combination, but if you're having nausea and diarrhea you could take only the recommended doses and rest at home. For nausea relief, drinking room temperature flat ginger ale may be helpful. Of course antibiotics themselves may cause nausea and diarrhea. Your gastroenterologist can advise you best.

Yes but ...: Those 2 meds will usually stop the symptoms but they do not tell u y u have them. And they do not treat the fungal infection. Hopefully that will go soon. If not go back in a week for further advice.

Not recommended: there are at least 3 side effects between these 5 drugs. Ask your physician for medication adjustment and which drugs are most effective and have the least side effects.

Phenergan (promethazine) used for Allergy or sometimes as sleep aid.
Do not use them together.
Using Xanax with Phenergan (promethazine) may increase dizziness, drowsiness, and difficulty concentrating. Some people may also experience some impairment in thinking and judgment.
