diagnosed with secondary syphilis, primarily i received erythromycin for 7 days than passed to doxycycline this is my 13th day, the symptoms healed mostly but i can still see some in my mouth and on my glans. is this normal?

Syphilis treatment: Why not long-acting penicillin? It's the treatment or choice world-wide, unless severe penicillin allergy. Some syphilis is resistant to erythromycin and related drugs, very common throughout Europe. However, doxycycline is effective if taken reliably for 2 weeks (100 mg twice daily). Symptoms may take longer to clear up, however. If you remain uncertain, check back with your doctor.

can syphilis symptoms of the throat be a white coating on the tongue and a layer on white stuff at the back of the throat ?

Not typical : Those are not typical symptoms one associates with syphilis. Syphilis and HIV testing can be done with a simple blood test at any doctor's office or public health clinic. White coating on the tongue is common in smokers and can be removed with a tooth brush or dental floss.

Syphilis Chancre: appears at the location syphilis enters the body. It is a firm, round painless sore.  It doesn't occur on the lip or mouth without exposure such as oral sex. Secondary syphilis appears as a rash that can occur anywhere on the body.

i have a sore only inside my mouth on cheek doesn't really hurt.could it be syphilis from just deep kissing nothing else?? from a wk and half / 2 wk

Cancer Sore: Likely a cancer sore. Cold sores( fever blisters), Herpes based and cancer sores(unknown etiology) cause pain and discomfort. If they haven't subsided in 7-10 obtain a professional consult.

i regularly get mouth ulcers and already have aroind three of them. what could be the reason? syphilis? cancer or just normal ulcers? scared!

Aphthous ulcers: The painful white ones in the mouth rather than on the lips are usually harmless. I trust you do not have lupus, Behcet's, or a low neutrophil count and are otherwise well. These are not cancer and are not syphilis.

See doctor: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. In case you have syphilis, it is treatable, however, it is important you see a doctor for an evaluation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

i had sex with a random girl who said she usually enjoys condomless sex with other guys. she had some scar-like things on her arms but no sores on the vagina, mouth, etc... i put condom on the entire event. should i be worried about hiv or syphilis?

: Having sex with random people is a risky behavior. Condoms do not offer 100% protection.

i have antiphospholipid antibodies greater than 150, false positive syphilis, positive ana, mouth sores and joint pain.  i think lupus? dr thinks ra.

Need more tests: Would need results of more antibody testing including rheumatoid factor, anti smith and anti double stranded dna. There are also "overlap" syndromes that have characteristics of more than one autoimmune disease.

just had sex with a girl. no oral sex, just kissing and vaginal sex with condom, correctly used, not broken. i saw no lesions on her mouth nor near vagina. chances of getting stds like syphilis or hiv or gonorrhea?

: Two infections not prevented by a condom are HPV and HSV. These can be transmitted even when there are no visible lesions. 
The infections you mentioned are not likely. Condom also will not protect against ectoparasites like lice and scabies.
If you have any concerns, see your doctor and get tested.
Take HPV vaccine.

Yes: Yes a doctor needs to look at a lesion to diagnose  it .Lips can catch STD .Be careful  where you kiss
