Dermatology evaluate: With fair skin and freckles, i'm glad you are aware of changes of your skin. The lesions you describe do not sound suspicious for cancer but a dermatigist evaluation is in order. You should have a dermatologist do periodic skin surveys.

i have a feeling of head pressure at the back and right side of the head, its been there for a 3 days now. comes every morning and in the night. i have no other symptoms. it just feels like pressure and have some neck pain too. what could this be ?

Cervicogenic Headach: You could be having cervicogenic headaches.  They are typically referred from the neck to the head but I have seen patients having symptoms of head pain which refers to the neck, shoulders and arm.  You may require a combination of physical therapy, posture training and short term medications.  Pcp might be a good starting point.

small pea sized lump on tendon i think on the left side of my neck, approx 6/7 mm . more noticeable when i turn my head to the far right. feels slightly firm. no other symptoms at this stage. don't know how long i've had it, noticed about 4 days ago?

: It may be transient if it is a reactive lymph node. You should wait and see if no other symptoms nor signs like the swelling getting bigger. It may take a while for it not to be noticed. Seek evaluation if there are persistent symptoms.

Unlikely: cannot say in your particular case, but generally, half an inch (1 cm) is considered the measure of an enlarged node. Rate of growth, being stuck down, irregular, tenderness are some other worrisome features of nodes.

Nerve pressure: Discs that bulge or herniate can put pressure on the nerves that will results in numbness or tingling in the head, face, neck, arm or chest. A nerve conduction test might help determine the cause.

Painful lymph nodes or glands in the neck are usually indicative of infection or reaction to an infection in another part of the head and neck. These lymph nodes are responsible for producing white blood cells to help you fight infection. If you are not suffering from other symptoms, I'd give them some time to resolve. If not, see your doctor for a more complete exam
