Dermatology evaluate: With fair skin and freckles, i'm glad you are aware of changes of your skin. The lesions you describe do not sound suspicious for cancer but a dermatigist evaluation is in order. You should have a dermatologist do periodic skin surveys.

Get checked: It is not too early to get a full body skin cancer examination to evaluate all marks and determine if any should not be there. Use a sunscreen with an spf of 30 or greater and reapply every two hours.
