Possibly: In the short term improved sleep with medication may help with your anxiety and mood.  You could try melatonin which helps regular your sleep cycle and is OTC.  Of more importance is to address the overload problem in your life.  Figure out what's important and worth keeping, get rid of what is not!

what is pre teething? can teething symptoms appear in a 10 week old? we have chewing, drooling, rubbing her face in her sleep, not sleeping well, etc. with no fever.

It's a little early: It's possible, but I'd be surprised if she were teething. More likely, she found her hands! Unfortunately, drooling, face-rubbing, and restless sleep aren't very specific for teething--could be lots of other things, almost all totally normal! If you're worried, though, you should definitely talk to your pediatrician about what could be going on!

prion diseases can be passed through sexual contact and through saliva. i believe someone passed me sporadic familial insomnia prions through sexual oral contact. they have every symptom and now i cant sleep and have jerks as well. im always tired.

Rare, fascinating...: Prion diseases are rare, fascinating. Haven't heard of a cure, so a diagnosis of brain prion disease in one's 20's would be bad. Because the symptoms overlap with many diseases and disorders that are much more common than prion diseases (unless a person has contact with a proven source of prions), one's doctor will be evaluating for signs of the more common diseases, which are likely treatable.

should i get tested covid 19, i have flu like symptoms, sore throat, runny nose, body ache, tiredness, not sleeping well, coughing with phlegm ?

COVID 19: I recommend getting tested. This may or may not be COVID 19 but you will only know for sure with testing.

Start with the basic: Start with looking at your sleep hygeine. Go to bed and rise at the same time each night and morning. Make sure your bedroom is quiet, dark, and relaxing, not too hot or  cold. Avoid caffeine. Avoid large, late meal. Make sure your bed is comfortable and use it only for sleeping. Physical activity may help, but not too close to bedtime. If your doing all these things and not sleeping see your doc.

Yes: Sleep deprivation has many side effects.

I believe that they are similar to smoking, drugs, and alcohol.

Sleep hygiene: When getting ready for bed, try turning down lights, the dark environment helps the production of melatonin in the body to make you sleepy.  Try journaling or making a list of the things you are thinking about, but you have to reassure yourself that you will pick up these things in the morning.  Try deep breathing and meditation to calm your mind. Try visualization of somewhere calm.  Also prayer.

More factors: A lot more factors play into sleep, including sleep hygiene, caffeine intake, etc. Also consider checking for mthfr mutation, as that may also be a factor. Increasing the melatonin dose or using half as an extended release may also help.

Yes: Daytime drowsiness can lead to cognitive impairment as bad as intoxication & is a source of accidents & poor performance.
