i have hurt the back my foot, dr assessed and adv torn tendon, it's now been 4 weeks  i'm still in gr8 pain, besides the back of foot also pain from my heel under my foot and straight to my second toe, i cannot flex my toes or foot up and down?

See a doctor: How do you know you tore it? If you did didn't the doctor offer a treatment. 
Usually, a torn tendon is either primarily fixed by suturing it together or wrapping in a special graft like material. (there are other repair methods.) some tendons a doctor may not repair i.E tibialis anterior. It all depends on your age, activity level, length of time that has passed. But you should see a podiatrist.

See a reputable orthopedist or sports medicine physician and get an evaluation.  You may need to see a foot and ankle trained ortho to see you.

Torn tendon: First, get under the care of an orthopedic surgeon, if you haven't done so, for advice and follow-up. You want to avoid further damage and chronic problems. Find out about limitations on your activities. Do you need a brace? Tylenol and/or ibuprofen or naproxen can relieve pain and inflammation. Eventual physical therapy must be sanctioned and prescribed by the orthopedic surgeon.

in 2011 i had peroneal tendon repair. it was partially torn across but torn way up my leg. since then my big toe has hurt &doesn't bend very well help?

May or may not : Be related. The peroneal longus tendon inserts on the base of the first metatarsal and this may have something to do with the function of the great toe. Xrays to rule out hallux limitus/rigidus and clinical exam are warranted.

i had torn my perineal tendon and had it repaired and my big toe joint feels jammed. it has felt this way since the surgery.i feel it's going to snap?

Cast problems?: Was your cast properly changed 1-2 weeks for several weeks after repair?  Sometimes the casting after a procedure can limit rom and the disuse can lead to weakness, or the cast could have been improperly modeled around your great toe joint (your toe should have been allowed to move).  It's unlikely anything during surgery could have affected the joint or the tendon to the toe.

Toe tendon: The toe would not move up or down. If the toe is swollen the toe may not move and may take sometime to determine if the tendon is torn. Your podiatrist should be able to determine the extent of any injury.
