Primary oral herpes?: Sounds like you might have primary (i.e. intitial infection) with oral herpes simplex virus, probably type 1 (HSV1). Effective treatment is available but must be started promptly. See your GP ASAP; or if it might have been sexually acquired (partner with known oral or genital herpes, new partner, etc) consider visiting one of UK's excellent NHS GUM clinics. Probably unrelated to your late period.

Mouth Ulcers: Mouth ulcers are painful, They are sometimes also known as canker sores. Individual ulcers typically last 1-2 weeks. They are usually self-limiting. Try to keep adequate oral hygiene as possible. If concerned see your dentist for exam.

Yes and No: Many times mouth ulcers can be related to stress and immunosupression such as the flu or pregnancy.  These can induce extra stress on the body which allows oportunistic lesions to manifest.  So it may not be directly related to the flu or morning sickness, but it can come along with them.

Yes: Unclear why you developed that set of symptoms in reaction to Influenza vaccine - would need to know more..Live virus vs inactivated, parenteral vs nasal, “high dose” vs “standard”, when did symptoms develop compared to vaccine administration.

Re: coronavirus vaccine.  Definitely yes.  With sarcoidosis (regardless of activity) you are at increased risk of severe disease

Negative Alere® at 4 weeks proves your symptoms are not due to HIV:  it is not possible to have HIV symptoms that long and still have a negative HIV blood test. So for sure you do not have HIV. See a doctor to evaluate other causes of your symptoms. Good luck.
