Unlikely: Itching can be caused by many other conditions. Lymphomas cause swollen lymph nodes first, then anything else later. If the itching persists, you need a doctor to examine you and find out the cause.

what is the major symptom of lymphoma?  i want to have a biopsy done but there is no swollen node so does that matters.

Many, varied: Lymphomas can present either with Prolonged fever(&gt;100 degrees) or enlarged lymph nodes somewhere in the body including in places like Chest and Abdomen where it is difficult to feel a growth unless it becomes very large. In the absence of these two features, I would seriously doubt the presence of a Lymphoma.

Unlikely: Lymphoma usually presents with swollen lymph nodes, occasionally night sweats, and occasionally weight loss. I've never heard of recurrent eye swelling as a symptom.

May or may not be sx: Lymphoma will produce a sizable mass which will grow and become obvious before any other symptoms might appear. If the Chest CT Scan is normal, then I doubt there is any lymphoma in the Thymus/chest. Chest pain is a nonspecific symptom which can be caused by many many different reason,some obvious,others not so obvious.

Itching (pruritus): can be a symptom of multiple medical illnesses.I suggest an evaluation of the throbbing in your arm and a physicial exam including blood and urine testing.

Work with the doctor: Many things are possible in life. Itching is one of those vague symptoms that's probably listed under hundreds of illnesses. Itching can be due to allergies to something (a doctor's exam, blood tests, or skin tests can help figure out what) and usually there is some rash. Other causes of itching can be liver disease, kidney disease, or other internal problems. Certain drugs can also cause itching.

Any weight loss?: It is not clear what you mean by overheating but not sweating? If you have not had any unintended weight loss, do not be concerned about "overheating".

Not typical: A lot of early lymphoma have no symptoms. Some can cause local symptoms depending on their anatomic location and size.  Muscle twitching is not a typical sx from lymphoma. Classical constitutional sx (not everyone) are: fever, night sweat (soaking sweat), and weight loss (10% over 6 months). Systemic sx can occur in aggressive or late lymphoma.

What symptoms?: Blood test may be normal in lymphoma. If you suspect either of thses disorders, it will require a detailed history, physical exaination and lab tests, including may be a biopsy. The issue is not suitable for this forum.

: Hodgkin's disease(HD) commonly presents with enlarged lymph nodes(often in the neck or in the chest(on X-rays).
A small percentage of patients may have intermittent fevers, itching and or weight loss( the so called 'B' symptoms).
Itching as the only symptom of HD is uncommon but persistent urge to itch all over the body does raise the possibility of HD.
