Depends: Depends on whether or not you are taking medication.  Alcohol can alter or negate medicine's effects.  Have Dentist check wisdom teeth to make sure gum is not infected and/or teeth are not impacted.  Alcohol in moderation  may then be acceptable.

ER: You may be having an allergic reaction to the antibiotic.  Go to ER immediately!  Once breathing issue is resolved see an Oral Surgeon for your wisdom tooth treatment.

That depends: It could simply be food stuck behind the tooth. It could be the gum tissue getting squished between the top tooth and the bottom tooth. It could be the beginning of an infection. An evaluation by your dentist is the best way to figure out which of these is causing your problem. In the mean time warm salt water rinses may help flush out anything that is caught back there and make it feel better.

Return to surgeon: Who removed tooth to evaluate if you need further treatment or an antibiotic.   It may be healing within normal lummis depending on the difficulty of the extraction but you need ţ let a dental professional see  it to be sure.

Pericoronitis: Pericoronitis is a condition where the gum surrounding the lclinical crown of a tooth is swelling.  This usually occur in the wisdom tooth area where oral hygiene access is difficult and resulting in plaque trap which initiate the gingival inflammation.  Treatment involved antibiotics and subsequent removal of the wisdom teeth.

Red Pimple in cheek: I would first evaluate whether you have bitten your cheek, a very common occurrence! you truly need an xray to determine what is going on with your wisdom tooth and whether the swollen gums are related!
