Pain: There is a joint at the base of your pinky toe. The joint my be swollen or inflammed.  I would wear loose fitting shoes, apply ice twice a day for 10-15 minutes and take some OTC medicine like Advil (ibuprofen) or Motrin. If still painful after 10-14 days seek a specialist.

Wart or callous?: Hard to say based on your description. Strange for a kid to get a single callous on pinky toe, although I suppose it is possible. It is more likely a type of wart, for which an OTC salycilic acid preparation may be used. Neither callouses nor warts "swell." They do grow in size; but if there's swelling or redness, that is inflammation, possibly related to infection, which should be evaluated.

Soften: If it is a corn, then soaking your foot in warm water for 10 min or so should soften it so you can file it off. If not then see a podiatrist. Could be an early infection.

i really stubbed the top of my toe, when i hit it i heard a snap. it's the one beside the pinky toe, at the time i could bend it so i dont think its broke. its stiff and swollen turning red and blue what can i do to help it? little pain to. tyvm?

: Without an x-ray you cannot tell whether or not it is fractured. However having black and blue is indicative of soft tissue damage. I would ice the area for the first 24 to 48 hours and then start using contrast bath or heat. To provide stability you can tape it to an adjacent digit. Also recommend a stiff sole shoe. Full examination for proper care and for best results

Might need 2 B seen.: Fluid doesn't  accumulate without a cause. Typically, it's a reaction to an injury or irritation of some sort. You must consider trauma, infection, insect bite or frictional causes, to name a few. There may be some similarities in the symptoms for each, but other symptom can't be discounted. If you are unsure as to the cause, it would be wise to have it evaluated. Give it a day or two to resolve.
