my partner pinched my nipple so hard it's a bit cracked at the base and swollen. i've been using neosporin which helped. will it go back to normal??

Yes: Give it a few days to a week. If severe pain, swelling, pus discharge develops  then get checked by your doctor. Good luck

Is it black in color: Black moles are sometimes called Beauty spots. But they can be moles(if flat) and a changing mole needs a medical examination from a doctor. Since you have  noticed some swelling/irritation go see a doctor to make sure you do not have melanoma...a type of skin cancer that can occur even at a young age. Do not delay as it can be a serious problem, sometimes..most are benign and harmless.

Costochondritis: Typically Costochondritis is a common malady which .usually lasts 3-4 weeks and can resolve with rest, (avoid actitivities which increase pain)use of anaprox (naproxen) 550mg 2x a day. Many times the cause of its onset is hard to determine but can be secondary to minor repetitive trauma, or post upper respiratory infection (viral or bacterial)

sebaceous cyst: This is likely a sebaceous cyst that will accumulate sebum &amp; drain intermittently. You can have it cut out by a dermatologist or some primary care docs with experience in the process. They are relatively common.

i have a lot of upper chest congestion, phlegm, swollen pitted tonsils. my left tonsil has two actual "holes" separated by a tiny bit tissue together ?

Cryptic Tonsils: You have what are called cryptic tonsils.  They have folds and holes in them that food particles get stuck in.  You can gargle deeply or use a water pick to help get the particles out, but ultimately the treatment is to remove the tonsils.  This is done if they are constantly or recurrently inflamed or infected, if one has severe bad breath.

COVID testing:  These could be COVID 19 symptoms. Not sure where you live.  In South Africa- one needs to consult with a medical provider who will make determination about whether to test for COVID 19 or not. You can consult your local primary care provider. There are also other resources such as “Talk –to-Doctor” on HealthTap. In USA the testing policies vary by state. Strep throat is another possibility.

See a Dr.: Could be Covid, but the fact that your hands are swollen and you have chest pain indicates that you may need additional care. See a Dr ASAP for a thorough exam, testing and diagnosis. The hospital can give you supportive care not found in most homes and can treat you with IV medications if needed.

Male nipple pain: Most people do not realize that males have the same general breast anatomy as females (just more rudimentary and smaller). If a nipple is swollen and painful it could be due to a bacterial infection or the nipple was pinched. It could also be a small blockage in one of the rudimentary milk ducts.
