See a Dr.: Could be Covid, but the fact that your hands are swollen and you have chest pain indicates that you may need additional care. See a Dr ASAP for a thorough exam, testing and diagnosis. The hospital can give you supportive care not found in most homes and can treat you with IV medications if needed.
