Male nipple pain: Most people do not realize that males have the same general breast anatomy as females (just more rudimentary and smaller). If a nipple is swollen and painful it could be due to a bacterial infection or the nipple was pinched. It could also be a small blockage in one of the rudimentary milk ducts.
