Not Sure: Hard to say what is going on from the limited information you provided.  If just one hand is swollen and stiff, this could be due to over use, arthritis, or inflammation, among other causes.  Other less common casues can be nerve entrapments or circulation problems.  Seems like you should call your doctor for advice.

Assessment needed: And fairly urgently as may have an infection. Other possibilities include arthritis or if injured tendon problem.  Will need a doctor assessment and if diagnosis remains unclear may need tests such as bloods and xrays, scans etc.

Hand swelling: This can be from numbness in the hand and may happen if you sleep over your bent hand, you should wear a wrist brace at night if this continues to happen.

Varies : There are several potential causes.  Presumably you did not injure it or you would have mentioned it.  Other causes can include inflammatory or infectios causes.  I would not hesitate to be seen.

Tetanus/therapy: Make sure to get your tetanus booster and antibiotic therapy to prevent secondary infection. Advil or Aleve (naproxen) for pain/swelling if not allergic.

Ulnar Neuropathy: The symptoms are suggestive of ulnar neuropathy or medial cord involvement.
Needs a full evaluation by a hand surgeon and a neurologist.
Physical exam, emg/ncv and maybe mri.
All properly performed, or they can be misleading.

Clotted vein but why: Thisnisnprobably caused by a superficial clotted drain. Motrin may help as well as compresses. It is very unusual to for, these without prior trauma, infection, coagulopathy, etc i would recommend discussi g this with your physician.

Infection.: Sounds like you may have an infection. This is serious, especially if it is in the joint.  You need to be seen today.   The sooner the better!
