Not Sure: Hard to say what is going on from the limited information you provided. If just one hand is swollen and stiff, this could be due to over use, arthritis, or inflammation, among other causes. Other less common casues can be nerve entrapments or circulation problems. Seems like you should call your doctor for advice.
