i've been experiencing symptoms the last 2 months.  i have numbness in my arm, swollen gland in armpit, sharp in right side of back, extremely tired. ?

Neurologist: Inflammation of the brachial nerve(brachial neuritis) can cause this pattern of pain. Impingement of a nerve root at a vertebra by a disc or spur is another possibility. I recommend an evaluation by a neurologist. Xray, mri,emg are studies that may be recommended. Your physician can check your armpit for pathology as well as enlarged lymph gland is not usually an associated finding.

Painful lump: Painful lump in your axilla is most likely an enlarged lymph node,  you need to to see your 1ry care physician to make  proper  diagnosis   &amp; prescribe  whatever treatment depending on the cause,  you can take tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen for pain,  avoid shaving  that area until you see your doctor. Unrelated: Symptomatic gall stones , removal is preferred treatment , a low risk ambulatory procedure , if symptomatic could be observed due to patient choice. See your doctor to find out what is causing the other two problems and get treated

Go to your doctor fo: A medical examination is necessary unless you have had a viral head cold or sore throat recently, which can cause the neck nodes to swell up. But if your armpit nodes are swollen and are painless then you must see a doctor soon to find out the cause. Also examine your breast for any lumps and make sure that you do not have any lump/ growth in your breast.
