Go to your doctor fo: A medical examination is necessary unless you have had a viral head cold or sore throat recently, which can cause the neck nodes to swell up. But if your armpit nodes are swollen and are painless then you must see a doctor soon to find out the cause. Also examine your breast for any lumps and make sure that you do not have any lump/ growth in your breast.
