Maybe: The description of your symptoms is not a common presentation for a rotator cuff problem.  The first thing that comes to my mind with this description is a vascular issue.  I think of things like upper extremity deep venous thrombosis and thoracic outlet syndrome.  I would have this issue evaluated by a primary care provider soon.

Could be from neck: I see many patients with rotator cuff tears that also have numbness, tingling, and even weakness below the shoulder into the arm, forearm, and wrist/hand. The neurological symptoms below the shoulder notoriously arise from an ongoing neck problem such as a pinched nerve within the cervical spine.

Possible/unlikely: If there is a significant amount of swelling around the nerves that pass through to the arm and hand, a rotator cuff tear could cause those symptoms.  It is far more likely that a nerve is being pinched- either in the neck or tight muscles around the neck/shoulder.  A physiatrist can diagnose and treat these conditions.

Clot considered: Even though blood clots in the arm are not very common, swelling of the arm, especially from the upper arm to the hand raises the suspicion for a blood clot. Lymphedema is possible as well. Rotator cuff problems typically do not cause widespread swelling. The edema is not often visible to the naked eye and remains around the tendon. It's time to see a doc very soon, preferably in the next 24 hours

Shoulder pain: Your symptoms in right shoulder could also be from rotator cuff or other muscles in the shoulder that could be strained or sprained. Please see your doctor to get evaluated for other causes like bone related issues as well.

U need to be tested: With a mri, but before that physical therapy + nsaids should help. Steroid shots might be tried to see if they help.
If the MRI confirms rc tear than you are looking at surgery so it can be repaired.

Nerve pain: May be related to cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve in neck), brachial plexopathy, ulnar neuropathy, or median neuropathy, amongst other causes. A visit with a neurologist or physiatrist who may perform an electrodiagnostic evaluation (EMG/NCS) may help establish a definitive diagnosis.

Latisimus strain: This is best diagnosed with a hands on exam but sounds like your latisimus dorsi muscle is strained. Rotator cuff is often achy down the side of the deltoid, back of shoulder, or front of shoulder. But, it is possible. Get an examination to be specific.

Injuries: Sounds like to much weight lifting - this is not ALS and likely not a rotator cuff injury, if the weakness does not go away you would need to be evaluate for a possible disc herniation.

Can't say: Need to know what the injury was.  Best bet is to check with your doc first before you reinjure it.  I usually recommend to cont. With lower extremity  cardio workout as long as the arm stays protected.
