Symptoms: acute and now constant shoulder pain which lead to swelling in my hand, discolouration and weakness. could this be a rotator cuff injury?

Maybe: The description of your symptoms is not a common presentation for a rotator cuff problem. The first thing that comes to my mind with this description is a vascular issue. I think of things like upper extremity deep venous thrombosis and thoracic outlet syndrome. I would have this issue evaluated by a primary care provider soon.
