what supplements are best for someone with swelling and autoimmune diseases?

Multivitamin: This depends on whether you mean joint swelling, skin, nerve, abdominal swelling it other areas.  The specific autoimmune disease can also make a difference.  As a general rule stay away from anything advertised to boost your immune system.  If it works it will make an autoimmune disease worse.  Most of the time multivitamins are safe.  Other supplements depend on the individual disease.

have been diagnosed w/ autoimmune disease & fibromyalgia  have large non painful swelling in groin/thigh junction which has been getting larger ?

Inguinal hernia: The hernia by itself isn't a dangerous condition. It doesn't get better or go away on its own. However, if untreated it can lead to a serious complications. If hernia is enlarging or getting painful the surgery is warranted.

i have left side swelling? it was noticed first in my forearm but its now heat to toe. i havent had any cancer treatments that would cause lymphedema and had vascular ultrasound to rule out blockage. causes? i do have multiple autoimmune diseases?

Rash: A rash under breast could be yeast infection. Try an anti yeast cream and keep the skin dry once rash is gone

Have to see it: Rashes are best diagnosed by having a healthcare professional look at it.  Recommend that you see your provider or setup a telehealth consult so that you can be treated with the appropriate medication if needed.  Ringworm does have a circular raised appearance, it can itch or burn and spreads easily. There is an antifungal cream that you can use, sometimes takes weeks for it to go away.

Need to see it: but you can try corn starch and desitin (zinc oxide diaper cream) to start with and make appointment to see dermatologist. Once clear if increase sweating and recurs, may be heat rash or folliculitis

Any time: Heat rash if that's what it is are short lived and represent no major problem. They require no treatment either. However, if the rash is not resolving, i would have it checked by a doc as it may have been mistaken for heat rash.
