Fish oil: Yes you can give her fishoil and vitamine. It may not help her condition butmayhave a placebo effect.

Vitamin B/D/E: If you are eating a healthy, well-balanced diet, you probably don't need to take vitamin supplements. Regarding your question, B-12 is water-soluble and therefore if you take excess amount, you will excrete it in the urine.  However, fat-soluble vitamins (A,D,E,K) can be toxic if taken in excess.  Recommend discussion with your primary care physician before embarking on vitamin supplementation.

EVOO is good: The amount of vitamin e that one would consume in a normal amount of food with extra virgin olive oil should be safe to consume.    Just don't go and drink a whole cup of oil at once.

prenatal vitamins seem to have 30-100 iu of vitamin e but i thought vitamin e wasn't safe in excess mounts during pregnancy.  how much is too much?

Vitamin E: The requirement for vitamin e  fora pregnant woman is25-30 mg per day. High doses of vitamin e would be 400 mg per day.

hello , i been notice under my lower back, (buttcrack,) lwhite extra skin, not sure hot to call it callous  when its a lot a can peel it off a little , but is kind of hard, i tried vitamin e cream and nothing help , any suggestions please :?

: You should see a doctor, perhaps a dermatologist, in order to have this evaluated. A diagnosis cannot be made without examining the area. Once it is examined, it can be diagnosed and then a treatment can be recommended. If your primary care doctor cannot diagnose it, a referral to a dermatologist can be made. Good luck to you!

A large number: There are a lot of OTC medications and herbal supplements can 'thin the blood'. Medications like aspirin, ibuprofen, Naprosyn, (naproxen) fish oil, all can have this effect.  Herbal supplements such as borage, ginko, garlic, ginger can also have some effect.  If you are on a prescription. Blood thinner, then discuss the use of OTC and herbal medications with your physician before taking anything new.

hi doc have start using clomid the 3rd day of my period am using the drug for 5 days when can i have sex with my husband ?? can i use prolife vitamin e or any vitamin drug with it or i should not just only the clomid?

: On clomid ovulation will take place 7 to 10 days after taking clomid.You can have sex everyday staring 11th to 21 day of your Cycle.There is no reason why you cant take Prolife Vitamin E with Clomid

Summer's Eve: Actually would recommend against use of feminine washes/ douching as it can negatively impact vaginal pH. Take care.

Accepted Answer

Not recommended: Using douches changes the environment of the vagina.  The more you douche the more you need to.  Avoid doing this.
