Alcohol/Caffeine: Chemicals that cause urination are referred to as diuretics.  Many commonly encountered substances increase the need to urinate, most notably alcoholic beverages and those containing caffeine.  Of course, simply drinking a lot of any liquid should result in an increased need to urinate assuming the person has normal kidney function.

Could be infection: Could be infection or some other irritation causing bladder spasm (microscopic blood for example).  An infection could be urinary, or genital. A urinalysis will help. See your doctor or go to a clinic.

: Urine output depends mainly on fluid intake. Try drinking more fluids. Get a urine test. If normal, try holding urine for 5-6 more minutes by any diversion ( another job, eg music, TV, conversation,  and gradually increase it . You will be able to hold it longer

: I've just answered your question. If you are not diabetic and the amount of urine is correctly collected, you should be admitted to a hospital for the correct diagnosis. When blood sugar is normal and polyuria is confirmed by a very diluted urine with a high serum sodium level (hypernatremia) you could suffer from diabetes insipidus (central or nephrogenic).

: Your too young for an overactive bladder. Possible causes are a UTI  infection, nerve damage, medications, alcohol and caffeine causing bladder to overfill. Diabetes and prostate problems, as well as anxiety and stress, could all be causes .Have a complete workup from your PCP.

Uti: These symptoms can be seen with UTI. Although could be seen out of UTI too. If you have fevers, chills, pain in lower belly, burning during urination, frequent urination --- or even in absence of these symptoms, please get a test called Urine analysis and culture. If there is a UTI we will know &amp; is easily treatable. Also hydrate yourself. Please contact your doctor too.

Diabetes: Your abbreviated history raises diabetes to an high level of concern.  Didn't the doctor raise this issue when you were informed of glucose in the urine?  Glucose is not supposed to be in the urine.  Go back and see a doctor; maybe not the first one!

i have sudden urge to urinate can't hold it more than 10 minutes, visited 4 urologist tried different medicine finally all say no more medicine to prescribe, any test to pinpoint the issus. is urologist is right guy or i need a different specalist?

: Yes but all of us have this when our bladder is full. Your body is talking to you. Listen and take good notes. Share wirth family Dr firsrt, Usually if GP says to see urologist then that is the one, You need a post voiding bladder ultrasound to see how much is left after you pee.
