My symptoms is sudden urge to urinate, can't hold more than 10 minutes,my urine output is 900ml average for a period of 24 hours. is the urine output is normal?

Urine output depends mainly on fluid intake. Try drinking more fluids. Get a urine test. If normal, try holding urine for 5-6 more minutes by any diversion ( another job, eg music, TV, conversation, and gradually increase it . You will be able to hold it longer
