Uti: These symptoms can be seen with UTI. Although could be seen out of UTI too. If you have fevers, chills, pain in lower belly, burning during urination, frequent urination --- or even in absence of these symptoms, please get a test called Urine analysis and culture. If there is a UTI we will know & is easily treatable. Also hydrate yourself. Please contact your doctor too.

Pelvic pressure: A urinary tract infection must be ruled out and a negative pregnancy test done. Both of these items can produce your symptoms. The other possibility is pelvic pressure from a an intra pelvic or abdominal abnormal growth like fibroids in the uterus.
