Muscular contraction: migraine/headache are complex. May be due to stress, tension, anxiety, hormonal issues, neck arthritis or sleeping positions. You MUST be examined, evaluated, diagnosed and treated. I suggest using Aleve (naproxen) tablets if you are not allergic to this medication. I also recommend Bio-Freeze liniment for neck pain and muscular spasm, until you can be seen.

Concussion/whiplash: While a headache after a head injury isn't definitely a concussion, it should be treated as such until followed up by a qualified physician. Your neck pain is likely due to a strain from whiplash injury, which can also cause a concussion. Do not play any contact sports until you follow up with the physician that can clear you.

Neck : Neck pain and headaches may be from wearing out of your neck and may respond to treatment of your neck problem.  I would recommend seeing a pain doctor for this.  Headaches can be also caused from your head and are usually treated by a neurologist.  Good luck!

Occipital neuralgia: involves the greater and lesser occipital nerves located in the back of the scalp and can produce neck pain as well as headache. The most common symptom is suboccipital pain radiating to the back of the head and occasionally down the back of the neck. This is treatable condition. Rec. see orofacial pain or pain management specialist. You can take Advil (ibuprofen) pm as needed.

Carotid dissection: Is one cause of neck pain on one side of the neck that shouldn't be missed. It can cause a stroke, so if you can call your doctor for a carotid ultrasound (or go to the emergency room) as soon as possible. If there's a dissection, then antiplatelet or anticoagulant (often for 3 months) is treatment to lower your risk of stroke. If no dissection, likely nothing dangerous.

Your fibromyalgia : You need to discuss with your Botox doctor. This may have nothing to do with Botox and could well be related to your no one fibromyalgia. You need to be evaluated

Yes: Either acutely as a result of initial loading, or from prolonged loading and resultant degeneration.

Go left!: It may be that there is a degenerative spur or small joint (facet) issue or even a disc problem that can be the cause of your pain that is aggravated by position.  It could also be a muscular issue or even a symptom of an infection about the head ;/or neck. If it is troublesome for you, get it checked.

Fever: You are most likely having fever which can be due to several reasons ranging from flu, throat infection or some other underlying medical problem. Try taking advil (ibuprofen) and see if things get better. It might be a good idea to call your pcp.
