Bad neck pain a day later i started having dull on/off tension pains in back right of head. suffer from chronic migraines n the same spot. ?

Muscular contraction: migraine/headache are complex. May be due to stress, tension, anxiety, hormonal issues, neck arthritis or sleeping positions. You MUST be examined, evaluated, diagnosed and treated. I suggest using Aleve (naproxen) tablets if you are not allergic to this medication. I also recommend Bio-Freeze liniment for neck pain and muscular spasm, until you can be seen.
