TMJ problems?: It sounds like possibly a temporomandibular joint (TMJ) issue.  The TMJ is the jaw hinge, just in front of the ear.  Problems like you describe can be caused by grinding the teeth, usually at night when the person is unaware.  You can read more about it here:

got 6 fillings 10 days ago. ever since, had a headache on one side for first 3 days, every night i have jaw pain on both sides. caused by fillings?

Possibly: It may be as simple as a bite adjustment.  Or one or more of the teeth may have nerve damage.  Or one or more teeth may be fractured.  We can't examine you.  Please return to your Dentist for examination and treatment or referral.

every blue moon either on the one side or both sides of my jaw at the same time, i get sharp painful zaps for a bit then facial/jaw pain sometimes ha. i have tmj and etd. could this be migraine related or just tmj. happens a bit after i eat mostly?

: Start with your usual dentist, but you may need an oral surgeon.  Sounds like TMJ syndrome, and it may respond to a nocturnal dental splint.  Migraine, if you truly have it, would not cause these symptoms.

Probably no: Lymph nodes are usually enlarged due to an inflammation causing increased fluid and or increased white blood cells within the lymph nodes. That inflammation's cause can be a simple mild infection or inflammation.  Unless the TMJ is associated or caused by an inflammation or infection within the joint, then the surrounding nodes could swell.

Sinusitis: If you have sinusitis, the mucosal lining of the sinus gets inflammed, &amp; swollen.The nerves to the upper teeth, run close to the lining of the sinus.The pressure of swollen lining on the nerves, can give you pain in the upper teeth.Sort of a dull annoying pain. Once the sinusitis is resolved, the lining of the sinus returns to normal &amp; release of pressure leads to relief of pain in the teeth.

Migraine?: Is a serious and complex neurologic disorder. Unilateral throbbing headache, dizziness, dysesthesia, visual disturbances nausea, sensitivity to light or sound, paresthesias and even chest pain may be present during the episodes. It is manageable condition. See an orofacial pain or headache specialist for evaluation and professional management.

Neck if not heart: Any time one experiences chest pain with Jaw, shoulder and arm involvement, ruling out a cardiac cause is paramount. Once done though, your cervical spine can be the underlying trigger for most of these complaints. Have your doc look into your neck as the cause where you might need PT, injections and meds to clear things up.
