why i feel dizziness  only wen im driving??

Dizzy when driving: Check  thyroid, blood sugar  CBC, MRI of brain (check for MS), check for nystagmus(oscillating  eyes),  get EKG echocardiogram, carotid ultrasound   ,also get your eyes checked by for vision by developmental optometrist for other visual abnormalities that affect vision. Since you are dizzy when driving would not drive as that is a risk to self and others but would get a thorough work up, F/U w/ MD

Vertigo: You have described vertigo which is a sensation of motion in yourself (or the environment moving around you). This has already occurred in a dangerous situation. See a neurologist or ENT md soon before you harm yourself or someone else while you drive.

Several thots: Might be a syncopal event due to drop in blood pressure secondary to dehydration, or even cardiac arrhythmia.  Might consider hypoglycemia.  Strongly urge visit to your doctor ASAP.  Do not let her drive until this is clarified.

Is it a phobia?: If the feeling is limited to when driving, under what conditions does it occur? In crowded traffic, fast traffic, bridges, tunnels, night time, only when alone in a car, when people in the car are telling you how to drive, when you are tired? Have you had an accident that was serious or scary? Others? If it can be identified, counseling would be helpful. If it continues, check with your physician.

That's odd: Does the vertigo come when you are turning your head or just at the prospect of getting in the car and driving.  If it is the latter then I would suspect that the dizziness is a symptoms of anxiety.  If it is vertigo that occurs when you turn your head then I would recommend evaluation by an ENT specialist.

Blurry/dizzy: Blurry complaints likely due to evaporation of your tear film while driving (most people don't blink as frequently when concentrating &amp; tear film dries up which causes blurry vision); dizziness may be related or due to dehydration. Labrynthin dysfunct: You balance organ: labryntthine or vesibular ogan can be effected by motion and barometric changes. I think that is what likely caused your symptoms.

Get Adrenal Support: This could partially be due to low adrenals, which regulate energy +  blood sugar. We all need daily adrenal support to cope with stress. Physiologic doses are: dhea 5 mg and pregnenolone 10 mg for men; dhea 2.5 mg and pregnenolone 30 mg for women. Higher doses should be used initially (e.g., dhea 50 mg for men; dhea 25 mg for women) to help overcome fatigue and increase reserve against stress.

Vertigo/dizziness: Differential diagnosis is wide at this point but the positional part of your description concerns for vertigo. Vertigo can be due to a number of conditions and physical exam helps differentiate. I recommend you refrain from driving or engaging in risky activities shall you become dizzy. Seeing a primary care provider is highly recommended.
