Very Low Risk: Since the only data available on transmission from nipple to oral route of HIV transmission is derived from studies looking at breast-feeding babies with HIV+ moms the relative risk is approximately 1:3500 each day of exposure.  As the child is receiving more fluid from the mother that simple nipple sucking would provide the risk an adult performing this act would encounter is likely even lower.

The exposure to get HIV would involve exposure to an infected persons internal linings of their vagina or rectum and/or to the body fluids of an infected person such as blood or semen.

But, thank you for asking. Remember there is no risk of contracting HIV through kissing, living with someone who has HIV or almost all other human encounters.

No: Saliva does not transmit HIV easily if at all and the fact that you had no bleeding made it virtually impossible   However if you do practise gay sex, you are at a  higher risk for HIV and should get tested for it regardless.
