Your question: suggests a lot of misinformation. First, I presume you don't even know if your partner has HIV. Next, HIV is transmitted through exposure to bodily fluids. Unless your partner had an open wound/cut on her nipple, there is no exposure to fluid; there is no risk of transmission from what you describe. Please educate yourself on safe sexual practices and risks of sexually transmitted infections.
