Swallowing infected fluids or blood is a lot less risky than you might imagine. Oral sex on an infected male, with swallowing of semen, has an infection risk of one in 10,000. Blood is no more infectious than semen. So extremely low risk. Also, if your partner is on effective HIV treatment, with undetectable viral load, the transmission risk is zero, even with high risk events like anal sex.
