HIV through skin?: Hi no. That is the simple answer. The exposure to get HIV would involve exposure to an infected persons internal linings of their vagina or rectum and/or to the body fluids of an infected person such as blood or semen. But, thank you for asking. Remember there is no risk of contracting HIV through kissing, living with someone who has HIV or almost all other human encounters.

Very unlikely: That would be a very unusual way to get infected. However, HIV can be transmitted through breast milk, so don't suck if she's lactating. Hiv is transmitted mainly through sexual intercourse, but can also be transmitted through oral sex (you doing it to her, not the other way around).
