No: This is a largely genetic disorder that can also have some post dramatic component. The average age of onset is 13 years of age and it affects 13% of the population. The ability of this condition to be passed down genetically is quite remarkable. I have seen families where it has passed down for up to four generations. Not usually: Assuming the correct tests were performed, negative results should rule out the disease. If you are still having symptoms though, you should try eliminating all gluten from your diet for 2 weeks and see if you feel better.

No: Cause for perioral dermatitis is still obscure..  It may clear up by itself in months or years.  Application of topical antibiotics, e.g., erythromycin ointment helps healing.

No its not a problem: No this is not
A sign of an underlying condition.
It may be hereditary or due to a heavy bite
And possibly grinding or clenching.
