Dandruff: Some experts say that people who do not consume enough foods that contain zinc, b vitamins, and some types of fats are more prone to dandruff. Not a dairy allergy: Adverse reactions to milk (dairy) can include lactose intolerance with stomach bloating and pain and gas or allergy to casein or whey proteins with symptoms of hives, itching, swelling or even more severe like anaphylaxis. Dandruff is not a sign of dairy or any food allergy.
