No its not a problem: No this is not A sign of an underlying condition. It may be hereditary or due to a heavy bite And possibly grinding or clenching.

No: Common occurrence. Check your parents and siblings -- likely that one or many have this as well. Nothing to worry about. If becomes a problem, it can be removed. Simply a benign bony growth.
