: This has characteristics of either an irritable abdominal wall muscle or mild spasms in the stomach or duodenum. It doesn't appear to be synchronous with your heart beat such as occurs with aortic pulsations. In the absence of digestive problems I'm not sure this warrants an examination by a physician at this time.  See your MD if symptom persists or worsens.

Depends on details: Normal, slim teens and young college students can see their pulse in their stomach areas when lying down, and they can feel it there too. If there are other reasons a teen or student is worried that he is not a normal person, he can call his doctor. Otherwise, he can just ask his pediatrician or primary care doctor about the stomach pulse beat during his routine check-up.

Muscle: this appears to be an irritable muscle causing twitching. If it is a pulsation from a large artery like the aorta, the sensations would be synchronous with your pulse which you can check at your wrist,neck or in front of your ear. I suspect that this will eventually resolve on its own. See your physician if you have any further concerns.

Need to see OB: If you can feel a heart beat then you must be more like 5 months pregnant. Sometimes bleeding in early pregnancy can fool you. Make an appointment to see your obstetrician and find out the status of your pregnancy

Get it checked: Given your description i recommend you see your primary care physician.  From your question, an ultrasound of the abdominal aorta should be considered.

Normal if Youre Thin: It's the pulsation of the aorta which runs just left of or in the midline. In thinner persons of your age, it should be easily felt.

The aorta: Your abdominal aorta, the large artery carrying blood from the heart  to the abdomen and legs, pulsates with each heartbeat.  This can be visible if you are thin, have a lot of adrenaline in your system, or less commonly have a condition that creates a larger pulse pressure (like a leaky heart valve).  It can also be a sign of an abdominal aortic aneurysm, so have an exam if you have any pain.

Muscle twitch: It may be twitching of the muscles in the abdominal wall.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
