This has characteristics of either an irritable abdominal wall muscle or mild spasms in the stomach or duodenum. It doesn't appear to be synchronous with your heart beat such as occurs with aortic pulsations. In the absence of digestive problems I'm not sure this warrants an examination by a physician at this time. See your MD if symptom persists or worsens.
