Breast cancer: Is not about the color. Is about the pathologic finding by the pathologist.  A rare but aggresive type of breast cancer is "inflamatory" breast cancer: skin looks very red, and is aggressive. See your doctor for exam.

would a benign breast mass be fixed in the tissue? i can move the tissue around it but not the mass itself. waiting for biopsy results. scared.

Biopsy will tell: Now that a biopsy has been taken, there is no need for speculation; your biopsy result should be available witin 1-2 days. Malignant lesions usually infiltrate the surrounding tissue and thus are difficult to move around.

ive had a breast mass in both breast for a little over 7 months, there are no other symptoms so im very unsure but recently ive noticed white stuffs in the pores on my breast.. any ideas?

: You probably have fibrocystic breast disease and this condition should not cause any problem with the nipples or skin over the breasts. If you have doubt about the "white stuffs", please see your doctor for a thorough exam. Take care.

The specific: imaging features determine the probability of malignancy. However, a 50% diameter increase in 4 months would warrant a biopsy even if the imaging features look benign.  That doesn't mean it is malignant, it just means that it's time to find out what it is.  Presumably it looked benign/probably benign in Feb since no intervention was recommended.

Mass on imaging?: Generally whatever imaging technology was used to see the mass is the technology that will be used to do the biopsy.  If you have a mass on self exam that has not been evaluated with imaging, then imaging is your next step (assuming you have seen your doctor or are going to).

Guessing: Guessing about whether a breast mass is malignant or benign is kind of like playing Russian Roulette. That is why a medical evaluation is warranted for any breast mass.

Difficult to say: without reviewing the images and full report, but irregular margins and shadowing tend to be suspicious features on ultrasound.  By brightly "colored", it probably means internal blood flow with Color Doppler.  Based solely on the features you describe, this is at least a BIRADS category 4B intermediate suspicion lesion, which implies about a 40% chance of malignancy.  It probably needs a biopsy.

See specialist asap: You should see a Dr who specializes perhaps a breast surgeon or oncologist who specializes in breasts asap. But if you can't get in, see your Ob-Gyne or PCP as they will likely help you connect to someone in your insurance network. It may be nothing, but you need to find out and then you can decide what to do.

Depends: An excisional biopsy is the usual procedure for a small lesion.
