A member asked:

How often is a breast mass cancerous when it shows up brightly colored on an ultrasound? (mine also has some irregular shape and shadowing)

Difficult to say: without reviewing the images and full report, but irregular margins and shadowing tend to be suspicious features on ultrasound. By brightly "colored", it probably means internal blood flow with Color Doppler. Based solely on the features you describe, this is at least a BIRADS category 4B intermediate suspicion lesion, which implies about a 40% chance of malignancy. It probably needs a biopsy.
