See specialist asap: You should see a Dr who specializes perhaps a breast surgeon or oncologist who specializes in breasts asap. But if you can't get in, see your Ob-Gyne or PCP as they will likely help you connect to someone in your insurance network. It may be nothing, but you need to find out and then you can decide what to do.

The doctor: who performs the core biopsy may be able to discuss the probability that the mass is malignant based on the imaging features. However, he/she will not be able to tell you anything more regarding the biopsy results. The specimens cannot be reliably assessed visually, other than a determination that the samples are sufficient for the pathologist to analyze. The pathologist needs to analyze them.
