i think i might have pulled a facial muscle located at the side of my cheek when i was stretching my tongue while rotating my head. will this muscle injury heal on its own and will there be any complications ? the side of my cheek is now sore.

Minor injuries: like this one tend to heal with conservative therapy like rest and NSAIDS (ibuprofen or naproxen, if you are able to take those, given your allergy profile and current medications). Hope this helps!

is it possible to stretch out a tied tongue?

Not really: Tongue tie needs to be surgically clipped. If you try to stretch it out, i guess theoretically you could tear it. But this would cause significant pain and probably bleeding. I would not recommend it.

9 days ago my tongue hurt(right side back)a lot on sour food and when streching it(like to remove food residuals from gums).it was stinging pain like it was teared.then it got a lot better but still on sudden moves or streching it might hurt again?

: It sounds like you should see yourDentist for examination to determine if burn, scratch, trauma was involved. I would also ask your Dentist to create the best oral hygiene program for you, because it sounds like what you are doing now's causing harm.

what can cause a tear/sore in back left tongue to heal and then hurt again on sudden tongue moves for the last 10days? whenever it is better and i stop eating very carefully,i will accidentally stretch my tongue a little bit and it restarts the pain?

i had tongue biopsy 4 months ago, when i eat hard food its painful or when i yawn i couldnt stretch my tongue out much. im worried why is that happening??

Canker sore: also called aphthous ulcer is the most common oral lesion. Individual ulcers typically last 1-2 weeks. The condition is idiopathic (cause is not known) recurrent aphthous ulcers is usually self-limiting. Try to keep adequate oral hygiene as possible. If concerned, see your dentist for consultation.

: I assume you haven't injured your tongue.  It may be difficult for you to see the back of your tongue well enough, but you may have had a canker sore there which is not completely healed as yet. Your physician or an ENT specialist can examine &amp; advise you as needed.

    In many instances the frenulum of a person's tongue has a whitish look. Could have suffered some tongue trama, oral sexual activities, fibrous hyperplasia or even an aphthous stomatitis(cold sore).
  Sore gums may have a variety of causes; poor oral hygiene, stress, improper home care technique  and even early periodontal disease. Consider contacting a dentist or periodontist.
