You should stretch your arms, legs and literally everyj oint including your spine. Human body has over 200+ muscles and each of them needs exercise on a daily basis if possible!

Yes:  simply because your blood pressure drops, when you stretch like you do. We call this, the Valsalva maneuver. I doubt you have anything to be of any concern about

Investigations : Investigations and pain do not always correlate.  Mri and x-rays can be "normal" and the patient can have severe pain.  Other times the investigations can be very "abnormal" and the patient has no pain.  I recommend you see a pain specialist (interventional pain doctor) for further assessment and workup.  You may also benefit from physical therapy and/or chiropractic treatments.

Belly pain: Chances are you're having a stretch of a ligament that supports your uterus. It's a very common type of pain during pregnancy. Usually sharp, but may be perceived anything, typically on one of the sides in the lower abdomen. If you have no bleeding, try rest, sometimes Acetaminophen may help, but those types of pain are not harmful. Also, talk to your obgyn and see what he has to say.
