Belly pain: Chances are you're having a stretch of a ligament that supports your uterus. It's a very common type of pain during pregnancy. Usually sharp, but may be perceived anything, typically on one of the sides in the lower abdomen. If you have no bleeding, try rest, sometimes Acetaminophen may help, but those types of pain are not harmful. Also, talk to your obgyn and see what he has to say.

Likely no: Stretching alone will not cause harm to pregnancy. Many women participate in prenatal yoga for example. Your pain could be ligament stretching. Cramping in lower abdomen can also be a sign of uti. If you are having any other urinary symptoms, see your doctor for evaluation. Likely these are just musculoskeletal pains and no threat to baby.

Normal.: Maintain routine prenatal visits as scheduled. This has no bearing on the fetus. Best of luck on the impending arrival.
