Yes, all parts: Stretching of the body is one way to exercise your muscles...This is the nutrition the muscles need in order to stay healthy. Morning is the best time as your body is rested. You should stretch your arms, legs and literally everyj oint including your spine. Human body has over 200+ muscles and each of them needs exercise on a daily basis if possible!
