I am going to make: an educated guess. If the "stret..." of your question was going to turn into "stretch marks", then you are describing the condition Cushing's Syndrome--signs and symptoms due to excessive cortisol/cortisone. Have you been using steroids? Otherwise these symptoms are unusual in an 18 year old. Overactive adrenal glands/pituitary issues can also cause. See your Doctor/Endocrinologist ASAP for eval!

You can: you can take ibuprofen instead if it works for you.
there is no problem there.
it is actually safer to control your pain with non narcotics, if possible.

No restrictions: 7 months after repair of hernia you should be able to do every thing what you used to do .  Excessive activity might have irritated , will disappear  soon. See your surgeon for post OP follow  and to make sure no recurrence .  Don't worry you will be fine .
